Holiday Hiking...

Traditions are hard to uphold with an ever changing family and alot of the family living else where.  One being showboarding the day after Thanksgiving (no shopping for me thank you...not after the

infamous incident in

of all places Wal-Mart 2001!) and the other an early July hike with the family! 

 This year our numbers were few but we added to the fun my sister Ginia and her little lady Alyvia.

Here's where we found the kids before the hike even began...tempting fate on an extreamly unstable log!

This shot was quite the pain to get.  Garrett had to set the camera with the timer and scramble

up to his perch along side all of us in no more than 10 seconds!  He made it after about 4 tries...
