July 3rd...

Andrew turned 8 this past 3rd of July!  Along with that came his chance to get baptised...

He had quite the turn out for sush an important event!  Nevermind I bribed all with a BBQ afterwards!

So, this was also my first attempt at doing a "fancy" cake.  One of my friends was gracious and patient enough to teach me the tricks to making such an architectual wonder!

It was also Sam-O's birthday too and Uncle Garrett's a couple days later so we sang to all and let them huff and puff all the candles out...then dove into the cake that took me 7 hours to build start to finish! 

That sucker was heavy!  But oh so yummy...if I might say so myself :)
