Maui...Day #2

 Here's the view from our lani at the condo...Not to bad!

 Polo Beach was our first choice this trip.  Mostly because the clouds were threatening to dump on us a bit further down at our favirote beach Makena.  After a few hours those clouds found  us and it did start to rain.  We actually didn't mind.  The rain here is alot more tollerable that at home.  Just the same after 20 minutes of waiting for the rain to go away we packed up and headed to the pool at the condo where it wasn't raining.  The shocker there was we had the whole thing to our selves!  Rare for sure!!

 We met up with a couple Mike works who have been here for a bit over a week and had dinner at Mike's favirote-Kimo's. We were too stuffed for their famous Kimo Pie so we'll just have to go back!! Then walked around down town Lahaina.  Our babysitter suggested trying the Malona Bars at the many ABC stores and so we did.  Guess we made room in our tummies by walking. That's not a stick of butter I have there it's a piece of mango heaven :)
