For the past few years we've camped in the state park over in Chelan.
When October rolls around we have to jump on the website to reserve the site.
They go fast and we really like the one we stay at.
Each year seems to be getting easier and easier...well maybe not.
At least we aren't camping with babies anymore :)
We were there less than 10 minutes and Drew managed to get himself into trouble. Shocked? Ya right! Good clean fun, but not what he was asked to do. So he was put in exile for a few minutes!
We get the same site every year. It has it's perks...Close to the park, biggest one there, and closest to the showers and bathrooms :) But not too close!
Chillin' in the tent! Dale and Drew were off touring the camp ground on their bikes...
The campground has a great beach front access and boat launch.
The water was super cold but that didn't stop the kids from venturing in!
The sun was so nice but the wind was a bit chilly so we just layed back and rested...
The second day weather was way better! Hot enough to head to the water park in town.
There were little butterflys everywhere.
The kids had fun chasing them down or even just waiting for them to land randomly.
The third day we ventured into the mountains further and wend biking.
Mike and I about died hauling the little ones on the back of our bikes!
The way up was nothing short of touture...but the way back down was AWESOME!
Dale wiped out pretty good but got a good laugh out of it when he realized he wasn't hurt.
...and what camping trip would be complete with out s'mores?!
On the way back home we usually stop by Leavenworth to grab dinner and do some shopping...for FUDGE! Cole and I got carmel apples this year and boy were they yummy!
Until next year...

What a cool tradition. I love all the pics. It looks like you guys have so much fun up there. Camping is awesome, once you don't have babies. :)
